Please note – Robes & Flip Flops are only complimentary on Spa Day packages. If you have booked a Spa Facilities pass or have treatments booked and you would like some Robes & Flipflops, you are able to hire these from our reception team for £5. This service is on a subject-to-availability basis. We are unfortunately unable to offer treatments to guests under the age of 16; Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times – including the treatment room - and must have written consent from a parent or guardian. Additionally, we are unable to offer body treatments to guests under 18.
To ensure your treatment is safe, we require all guests to complete a consultation form prior to treatment. Your details will not be shared with any third parties and are electronically and safely stored on your client card on our system. Treatments are offered at the advice of your therapist, therefore, if we feel a treatment will be unsafe for you for medical reasons, we will not be able to carry out the treatment requested. We will always try to offer an alternative treatment option. For nail appointments, please ensure all gel or nail extension applications are removed prior to your visit. Unless notice is given at time of booking, removal of gel polish applications cannot be guaranteed on the day. Hard gel and acrylic nail enhancements are not removable at Kinspa. Gel polish removal will be chargeable.
To be certain that you can enjoy your treatment fully, it is very important to arrive at least 10 minutes before your treatment time. We will always try to ensure you receive your full treatment time; however, late arrival may result in the reduction of treatment time. This is to ensure that other guests do not miss out on any of their treatment as a result.
