• Calm - An invigorating ginger and lime body scrub, followed by an aromatic Full Body Massage using herbal hot poultices. Finishing off with a blissful facial personalised to you. Perfect for calming active minds, soothing aching bodies, and brightening dull skin.
• Comfort - Slough away dead cells with cellulite busting dry body brushing, followed by a deeply hydrating body wrap. While wrapped, your therapist will perform an intensive facial cleanse, exfoliation, and a luxurious hot oil head massage. You will step into a hot shower, returning to the treatment couch for application of nourishing facemasks and body creams. Perfect for brining the body back to a nourishing comfort.
• Clarity - An indulgent upper body treatment, great for sinuses and headache relief! A renewing back cleanse and masque with back, neck, shoulder, hand, and arm massage. Completely refreshing facial with an uplifting acupressure face and head massage.
• Core - An intense full body massage incorporating Bamboo canes, to relieve any stress and tension from the body. Followed by a soothing facial and hydrating mask to regenerate the skin.

• Rejuvenate - Beginning with a warming Swedish Back, Neck and Shoulder Massage. Your therapist will tailor this to you needs. Moving on to a warming facial cleanse, massage and mask. Hot oils will be worked through the scalp and hair using eastern massage inspired movements, and the treatment will conclude with conditioning skincare and aromatic inhalations
• Revive - Beginning with the soles of the feet, warm aromatic oils will be drizzled all over the back of the body, leading into a deep massage using a unique blend of firm-but-flowing Lomi Lomi Massage and Bamboo canes. Your therapist will move on to your back, neck and shoulders using cross-fibre muscle release techniques, and finish with an application of cooling muscle gels. • Frangipani Monoi Hair Treatment - A nourishing head massage using Elemis’ cult favourite – Frangipani Monoi – Completed with a conditioning hair treatment to rinse out later on.

Our Terms and Conditions for gift cards are as follows:

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase, unless purchased for a particular promotional period where different validity dates will apply. This is not subject to extension.
• We reserve the right to amend our treatment and package menu and pricing at any time. This may change the cost of the Spa Package on the gift card at the time of purchase.
• Vouchers are non-refundable and no refunds are offered on expired vouchers.
• Gift vouchers have no cash redemption value, no change can be given, and cannot be exchanged for further gift vouchers.
• Vouchers can be used towards products and services of a higher value, simply add payment to the difference in value. When using a monetary voucher, no change will be given.
• Bookings using gift vouchers must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Payments

Full payment is required at time of booking for spa packages and is non-refundable. If under 48hrs notice is given to cancel a booked Day Spa, no reschedule option can be offered. This means that if you cancel with less than 48hrs notice, for whatever reason, you will forfeit your day. If appointments are missed, we cannot offer a replacement time or refund.

Arrival

To ensure you can enjoy your treatment fully, it is very important to arrive at least 10 minutes before your treatment time. We will always try to ensure you receive your full treatment time; however, late arrival may result in the reduction of treatment time. This is to ensure that other guests do not miss out on any of their treatment as a result.

Spa Treatments

We are unfortunately unable to offer treatments to guests under the age of 16; Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times – including the treatment room - and must have written consent from a parent or guardian. Additionally, we are unable to offer body treatments to guests under 18. To ensure your treatment is safe, we require all guests to complete a consultation form prior to treatment. Your details will not be shared with any third parties and are electronically and safely stored on your client card on our system. Treatments are offered at the advice of your therapist, therefore, if we feel a treatment will be unsafe for you for medical reasons, we will not be able to carry out the treatment requested. We will always try to offer an alternative treatment option.

For nail appointments, please ensure all gel or nail extension applications are removed prior to your visit. Unless notice is given at time of booking, removal of gel polish applications cannot be guaranteed on the day. Hard gel and acrylic nail enhancements are not removable at Kinspa. Gel polish removal will be chargeable.

Spa Facilities

We have implemented strict hygiene protocols to ensure the safety of our guests – In the interest of this, all guests must shower prior to, and after using, each of the thermal suite’s facilities. Please be courteous to all other spa users and please note that loungers are not to be reserved. We have a strict no glass or alcohol policy in our thermal spa facilities, this is for the safety of our guests. Adult only facilities times are strictly 10:00-16:00. If you would like a child-free experience, please book within this time frame - We are unable to refund or amend your access time at the point of arrival, so please ensure familiarity with this policy. Please note – Robes & Flip Flops are only complimentary on Spa Day packages. If you have booked a Spa Facilities pass or have treatments booked and you would like some Robes & Flipflops, you are able to hire these from our reception team for £5. This service is on a subject to availability basis.

Tranquillity Suite

The Tranquillity Suite is exclusive to treatment and Spa Day guests only.

Changing Rooms

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate large suitcases. Kinspa accepts no responsibility for loss or damage of valuables whilst on the spa premises.

What to Wear

Please bring your swimwear along with you for use of the Spa Facilities, and for your comfort, we recommend changing into dry swimwear or underwear for the duration of your treatment. If you are on a Spa Package, we will provide you with a robe and flip flops for the duration of your day. Please note – Robes & Flip Flops are only complimentary on Spa Day packages. If you have booked a Spa Facilities pass or have treatments booked and you would like some Robes & Flipflops, you are able to hire these from our reception team for £5. This service is on a subject to availability basis. We are only able to provide one robe per guest, and these are all size XL.

Jewellery

We recommend that Jewellery is not worn during your visit to the Spa facilities, or during your treatment. Jewellery should not be worn whilst using the pool and spa facilities, as the chemicals can discolour gemstones and precious metals. We accept no responsibility for loss or damage.

Food & Drink

For all meals booked as part of Spa Days, the guest who has arranged the reservation is responsible for providing any dietary requirement information for the full group. As all food is made to order, we must be informed of this a minimum of 48 hours in advance of the arrival, otherwise we cannot guarantee that all dietary requirements can be catered to.

Drinks will be available in our Terrace Restaurant between 11am – 3pm. We also offer lunch on the terrace between 12-3pm. Afternoon Tea is served between 3-5pm in our beautiful new Oak Lounge, right next door to the Spa.

Guests are not permitted to bring their own food or alcoholic drinks for consumption on the spa premises.

Special Circumstances

Please consult our reception team if you have any health considerations - such as allergies, medical conditions or injuries – as these may affect your treatment choice. We will be pleased to make necessary arrangements or amendments for you. If any guests with additional needs require someone to accompany them around the spa, please let a member of our reception team know in advance so that we can ensure the accommodations required can be met.

Spa Etiquette

We strive to ensure everyone has a relaxing time with us so please also be respectful of other spa guest’s right to privacy and serenity during your visit. The Spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Within any of our relaxation areas, please try to moderate your noise so other guests are not disturbed.

Smoking and the use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited throughout the Spa. Guests are not permitted to consume their own food and beverages on site. After using the facilities, we advise you to change into dry clothing, underwear or swimwear for your treatments and the remainder of your spa day. Wet swimwear is not permitted on the furniture. Spa day guests must be over 16 years old and have a valid ID.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice of any appointment cancellations. Cancellations made within the required 48 hours will be charged at the full cost of the appointment. Please note; payments are strictly non-refundable.
