The hotel front door is locked overnight, the front door code is 1978.

Car Park Barrier

The car park barrier has a code which will open the barrier. This code is 1123#

Reception

Our reception team is available between 08.00am until 10.00pm daily. To contact reception please dial 4001 from the phone in your room.

Dining and Spa

Please contact reception to book times for breakfast, dinner or spa access.

Night Porter

If there is an emergency during the night, please contact our night porter who will be available for emergencies only.

Please use the emergency button programmed on the phone in your room.

Smoking & Vaping Policy

For the comfort and safety of all guests, smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the property, including through windows.

If this policy is not followed, a £250 charge will be applied.
