Our Spa Experiences

• Six beautiful treatment suites, including a double room for shared relaxation.
• The Tranquillity Suite, an intimate, stylish relaxation space overlooking the North Wales countryside (available with Treatments and Spa Days only).
• Thermal Spa, featuring a heated leisure pool, hydrotherapy pool, sauna, aromatherapy steam room, and drench shower.
• The welcoming Terrace Restaurant, serving hot and cold refreshments, indulgent Afternoon Teas, and delicious lunches.
• A state-of-the-art Technogym fitness suite.

Thermal Spa
Monday–Sunday, including bank holidays: 08:00 – 20:00
Adults Only: 10:00–16:00 & 18:00–20:00

Terrace Restaurant
12:00 – 15:00

Age Policy

• Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• Under-16s may only use the thermal facilities during dedicated family hours:
  • 08:00 – 10:00
  • 16:00 – 18:00
• Adult-only times are strictly enforced. If you prefer a child-free visit, please book within adult-only hours.
• Guests under 16 cannot receive treatments; guests 16–17 may enjoy selected treatments when accompanied by an adult.

Spa Passes

Pre-booking essential.

• Adults: £25 weekday / £30 weekend
• Children: £25 weekday / £30 weekend
• Includes access to the thermal spa experience (pools, sauna, steam room).
• Access to the Tranquillity Suite is reserved for guests with treatments.

Robes bundles are complimentary for Spa Day Packages. For Spa Pass or treatment-only visits, they may be hired from Reception for £5, subject to availability.

Please note that facility access and relaxation areas may be limited at busy times or in line with guidance.
