A luxury, award winning spa set in the heart of beautiful countryside – Our facilities house some of the finest fitness and leisure facilities in the area. We offer a friendly and tranquil environment for you to work towards your health goals, relax, socialize with your loved ones and prioritize your wellbeing from every angle.

  • Monday-Friday 07.30 – 20.00
  • Saturday & Sunday 08.00 – 20.00
  • Bank Holidays 08.00 – 20.00

Adults only (16+): 10.00-16.00 & 18.00-20.00

If you would like a child-free experience, please book within this time frame - We are unable to refund or amend your access time at the point of arrival, so please ensure familiarity with this policy.

Family hours:

Morning - 8.00am - 10.00am

Afternoon - 16.00pm - 18.00pm

Passes

We offer access to all our Facilities on a 2 Hour Pass basis:

Adults (16+):

Monday-Friday: £25.00 per adult

Saturday-Sunday: £30.00 per adult

Children (Under 16s):

Monday-Friday £10.00 per child (Family Access times only)

Saturday-Sunday £15.00 per child (Family Access times only)

Please note - Spa passes do not include access to the Tranquillity Suite unless treatments are booked.

Please note – Robes & Flip Flops are only complimentary on Spa Day packages. If you have booked a Spa Facilities pass or have treatments booked and you would like some Robes & Flipflops, you are able to hire these from our reception team for £5. This service is on a subject to availability basis.

The Gym

Our cutting-edge gym provides the ideal environment to embark on your new regimen – While you enjoy stunning views of the North Wales countryside. Our air-conditioned, well-equipped gym offers a wide range of workout options, featuring the following:

Thermal Spa Experience Facilities

A totally relaxing and luxurious facility that exudes calm and tranquillity, the Kinspa Thermal Spa Experience delivers on all fronts. With a stunning hydrotherapy pool, nine metre leisure pool, sauna, aromatherapy steam room, drench bucket shower and poolside relaxation, you will be spoilt for choice.

You can swim or just take advantage of the high-power jets whilst looking out over the stunning hotel gardens, whatever the weather.

The facilities within our Thermal Spa offer the following benefits:

Hydrotherapy Pool offers a warm water experience - heat, water buoyancy and the therapeutic massage jets of a hot tub provide excellent hydrotherapy benefits. By sitting in the warm water of the pool, your body temperature rises, which causes the blood vessels to dilate, improving circulation. Water buoyancy helps to reduce body weight, relieving pressure from strained joints and sore muscles. Finally, the therapeutic massage jets can target problem areas to stimulate endorphin release, which acts as a natural painkiller.

Saunas and Drench Showers help to strengthen the circulation and immune system with a combination of heat, cold treatment with water or air and rest intervals. Just a few minutes in the warm sauna will help you relax and unwind from the rigours of modern-day life whilst restoring the natural balance of the body.

Steam rooms are known to improve circulation and lower blood pressure, leading to a healthier heart and the promotion of healing broken skin tissue. Steam rooms can also help to release toxins trapped underneath your skin. The heat can help to open our pores and rinse away dirt and dead skin that may lead to breakouts. Exposing your body to steam the immunity. Our blend of aromatics within the steam ensures the benefits are even more enhanced. Memberships

Memberships

Due to number restrictions within the facilities and a high volume of guests, we are unable to offer any new memberships. However, we are more than happy to welcome you to our facilities on a pay-as-you-go basis with our 2 Hour Passes.

Safety

If you have any medical conditions, please be aware that it may be a good idea to consult your doctor before using thermal spa facilities.

This is particularly important in the following circumstances:

  • Heart conditions: Thermal facilities affect heart rate and blood pressure. This may be beneficial to some people with cardiovascular concerns but could be unsafe for others.
  • Pregnancy: It’s easy to get overheated when you’re pregnant, which can be harmful to you and your baby.

Children under the age of 16, especially babies and toddlers are not allowed access to the hydrotherapy pool due to health and safety reason.
